About me
Hi, I’m Coach Tish, and I help women 40 and over embrace body positivity, cultivate self-acceptance, and prioritize holistic well-being, empowering them to thrive at any size and break free from the pressures of societal beauty standards. I’m on a quest to help you achieve a healthy mentality, create and stick to a doable healthy habits action plan, and reset your mind, body, and spirit.
I also LOVE Jesus, intermittent fasting, adhering to an “anti-inflammatory” diet for the sake of healing and reading/studying the latest and greatest evidence-based information to help others achieve their goals.

Every time you miss out on a goal, it gets easier and easier to beat yourself up and get down on what’s happening. With the high and rigid plans that come with new diets, it’s easy to constantly be in a hole, wondering if you’ll ever be able to reach your goals.
I’ve been in that exact same place! Diets were hard to follow and always resulted in me feeling more guilt and frustration than when I started without gaining ground.
It was easy to envy the people who seemed to have their life together and their meals laid out in a way that made so much sense.
You want to lose the extra pounds you’ve been struggling with for far too long. You dream of feeling fit, confident, and filled with energy, but in reality, you feel:

DOWN - You want to feel body positive, but deep down, you hate how you look. Your clothes don’t fit right, you dread occasions where you have to dress up, and some days, you just wonder how you let yourself go.

Why I started this
Changing an entire lifestyle happens one step at a time and with plenty of support!
As I struggled with my health and the same cycle of dieting, I felt like no one else knew what I was going through and couldn’t see the same things I was.
I want to be the person who believes you!
By becoming a Certified Health Coach & Behavior Change Specialist, I learned how to see food and meal plans not in terms of good and bad but by developing a balanced sense of what works within my body.
Personal experience can only take you so far, but my story goes beyond just a few anecdotes that make you feel better. We’ll dive deep into the science behind the Anti-Diet method to create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
