I built what I needed when no one was looking — a behavioral and metabolic wellness home for women 40+ navigating perimenopause, stress, and the weight of holding it all.

For years, I was the woman everyone leaned on — and the woman quietly running on empty.
I was high-achieving, deeply committed, and completely depleted. I was functioning. I was performing. And my body was asking me to stop.
The wellness world told me to try harder. Eat cleaner. Move more. None of it touched what was actually happening inside of me.
What changed wasn't another program. It was learning that my nervous system mattered. That my hormones mattered. That sustainable behavior change — not willpower — was the work.
I went on to become a Duke-certified Health & Well-Being Coach (with NBHWC certification in progress), train in trauma-informed and behavior-change methodologies, and build the integrated support I had needed: behavioral coaching, community, and clinician-supported wellness pathways through Beloved Wellness.
This is for the woman who has been holding it all. You don't need more shame. You need an evidence-informed plan, a steady system, and a team that sees the whole woman.
